  • Pay with PayPal:

    A page displaying a registration code will automatically open after your purchase. If you accidentally close it or the page does not appear, please contact us via email.

    Pay with Credit or Debit Card:

    Generally, you will receive an order confirmation from fastspring.com by email within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, please follow the tips below to solve the problem:

    1. Please check if your bank card has been successfully charged.
    2. Please ensure you entered the correct email address when filling out the order form. If it is wrong, please get in touch with us to resend the license and change the email address.
    3. If it is charged successfully and you entered the correct email address, please check your Promotions/Spam folder in your email. If you still do not find the activation license, please contact us and provide your order number. After we confirm it, we will resend you a new license.
  • After completing the purchase, you will receive a license. You can use it to upgrade our software to the full version.

  • The download failed mostly because of a network connection error. You need to make sure the network is stable before re-downloading the software. If you still cannot get the software, please let us know. We will set up an alternate download link for you.

    1. Please send us your order number and the email address you used to purchase our software, and we will help you cancel it.
    2. If you paid via PayPal, you can cancel automatic payments in Settings > Payments.
    3. If you paid by credit card, contact fastspring.com directly to cancel your subscription.

  • All our software for Windows and Mac requires different registration codes to activate. If you find an error, please get in touch with us, and we will replace it for you free of charge.   • iBeesoft does not provide refunds for tools that offer free versions. This is because any user can verify its effectiveness before purchasing. You must provide screenshots if you need a refund due to software failure, untimely technical support, etc.
