Release Engineering : Release engineering, frequently abbreviated as "releng", is a sub-discipline in software engineering concerned with the compilation, assembly, and delivery of source code into finished products or other software components.
Technical Support: Technical support (also tech support) is a range of services, providing tech support services that attempts to help the user solve specific problems with a product rather than providing training, customization, or other support services.
Documentation: Documentation is a confirmation that some fact or statement is true through the use of documentary evidence. Software documentation is the program listings or technical manuals describing the operation and use of programs. |
